Refund policy

Return of Defective or Damaged Goods

We strive to provide you with perfect works of art. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are ready to replace it immediately.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To process a return or exchange, we will need the following photographs:

  1. Image 1: Close-up photo of the shipping label.
  2. Image 2: Photo of the fully visible box in which the item was delivered. Ensure that any visible damages to the box are clearly visible in the photo.
  3. Image 3: Photo of the fully visible item.
  4. Image 4: Close-up photo of the damages the item sustained.

If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will provide a sample of what the photos should look like.

If a replacement is not available, you will be issued a credit for the order amount or a gift card of equivalent value.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. Please do not send the item back to the print shop, framing workshop, or production address. Contact us for instructions on safely returning the item.


Order Cancellation

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify the order.

If the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without providing a justification. However, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to personalized goods, including art pieces created to order (e.g., with your chosen size or frame). All our products are made to order based on your specifications and are not kept in stock. Once the production process has begun, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

All my art prints are made to order with love and care. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind as I do not keep stock.

Due to the high value of original paintings, all sales of original paintings are final and not subject to return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit companies may require additional time to process and credit the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at info@kirayem.com.
